Eligibility:
Our services are available to individuals of all ages and from all countries who wish to learn trading with Blue Empire Corp. We ensure that all users respect the rights and dignity of others, in line with Facebook’s standards.
Service Description:
We offer online trading courses and virtual classes through real-time video conferences. All content is created to be authentic and educational, avoiding any misleading information.
User Responsibilities:
Users are responsible for connecting to the webinar using the link provided in the email after subscription. Subscriptions can be made via the Facebook ad or directly through our website. Users must respect the safety and dignity of others during interactions.
Payment Terms:
If the content is deemed not useful by the student within the first 15 days of access, they may request a refund. Students can cancel their subscriptions at any time.
Intellectual Property:
All content and presentations are based on the experience of our teachers and are 100% created by Blue Empire Corp. Meta is granted a license to display, distribute, and deliver content shared through their platforms as per their Commercial Terms. We respect authenticity by ensuring all materials are original and accurate.
Limitations of Liability:
Our courses are purely educational and do not constitute financial advice. Users act on the information provided at their own risk. Blue Empire Corp disclaims any liability for financial decisions made based on our content.
Dispute Resolution:
All disputes related to the use of Meta Products will be resolved through binding arbitration in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California or a state court located in San Mateo County, as required by Meta’s Commercial Terms. For non-U.S. users, disputes will be resolved in the Republic of Ireland courts.
Modifications:
Blue Empire Corp reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified via email, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Termination:
Blue Empire Corp reserves the right to terminate a user’s subscription if they do not follow the rules of respect with teachers, students, or the business. This includes any actions that threaten the safety, dignity, or privacy of others, in compliance with Facebook’s Community Standards. Users may also terminate their subscription at any time.
Parental Permission:
Our service is not directed towards individuals under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately. Upon discovering that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child without verified parental consent, we will take prompt action to delete the information from our servers.
Severability:
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
